Privacy policy
Last updated 29 October 2026
1. Who is responsible
The controller for personal data processed through this website is ATLA Group Ltd. Contact: through the contact form. This policy follows the EU GDPR and, for visitors in the United Kingdom, the UK GDPR.
2. Visiting the website
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you visit, Netlify's servers automatically process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the site securely (legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Netlify keeps these logs for a short period only.
Fonts are served from our own server. We don't use analytics or advertising trackers, and the site itself doesn't set cookies. If we add analytics later, we'll update this policy first.
3. Contact form and email
When you use the contact form or email us, we process your name, email address, company, revenue range, topic and message to answer your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where it relates to a contract, otherwise legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1) (f)). Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and forwarded to our inbox. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a contract.
4. Booking and paying for a call
Before payment, you fill in a short call request form on this website: your name, email, company or website, revenue range, the bottleneck you want to solve, your agreement to the call terms and your email marketing choice. We store these answers with Netlify Forms and in our internal spreadsheet, so we can prepare the call and invoice correctly (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). We keep them for as long as needed for the call and for six years where they form part of our invoicing records.
Calls are paid through Whop, Inc. and then scheduled through Cal.com, Inc. Whop processes your name, email, billing details and payment, and may act as merchant of record for the sale; its own privacy policy applies to that part. We never see your full card number. Cal.com processes your name, email, the answers you give and the time you choose. We process this data to deliver the call (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and keep invoices and payment records for six years, as UK tax law requires (Art. 6 (1) (c)). During checkout and booking, Whop and Cal.com may set cookies that are strictly necessary for payment, booking and fraud prevention. If the call takes place by video, the meeting provider (for example Google Meet or Zoom) processes your connection data. With your agreement at the start of the call, we record it and send you the recording and notes. We delete recordings 12 months after the call.
5. Email marketing
If you tick the box in a form, we'll send you occasional emails about new episodes, ventures and events. We only do this with your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us. We store your email address and the time of consent for as long as you're subscribed, and a record of your consent for up to three years after you unsubscribe, to prove it was given. We use an email service provider to send these emails; it processes your data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We may measure opens and clicks to improve the emails. You can opt out of this by unsubscribing.
6. Service providers and international transfers
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Netlify, Inc. | Hosting, contact form | USA |
| Cal.com, Inc. | Call scheduling | USA |
| Whop, Inc. | Checkout and payments | USA |
| Spreadsheet and automation tool | Storing call requests | Named on request |
| Google Meet or Zoom | Video calls | USA |
| Email service provider | Email marketing | Named on request |
Where data goes to the USA or other countries without an adequacy decision, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension where the provider is certified, or on standard contractual clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. To use these rights, write to us through the contact form. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
8. Links to other websites
This site links to YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram and our brands' websites. No data is sent to them until you click a link. After that, their own privacy policies apply.
9. Changes
We update this policy when our services or the law change. The current version is always on this page.
Terms for 1:1 strategy calls
Last updated 29 October 2026
1. Provider
Calls are provided by ATLA Group Ltd (details in the imprint) and delivered by Markus Thora.
2. The service
A 60-minute one-to-one strategy call by video. You receive a recording and written notes after the call. The call gives you opinions and recommendations based on experience. It isn't legal, tax, investment or financial advice, and we don't guarantee any particular result.
3. Price and VAT
- The price is €1,500 per hour, excluding VAT.
- VAT is added where it applies, depending on your country and whether you buy as a business. Where the reverse-charge mechanism applies, business customers are invoiced without VAT and account for it themselves. If you need your VAT ID on the invoice, please send it through the contact form.
4. Booking and payment
You pay the full price online through Whop, then choose your time slot in the calendar that opens straight after payment. The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed. If you don't pick a time within 30 days of paying, email us and we'll arrange one or refund you.
5. Rescheduling and cancellation
- Up to 48 hours before the start of the call, you can cancel for a full refund or move the call to another time. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Whop.
- Less than 48 hours before the start, or if you don't attend, there is no refund.
- If we have to cancel, we offer you a new time or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
6. Consumers
The calls are aimed at founders and businesses. If you book as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel. By booking a call that takes place within those 14 days, you ask us to start the service early and accept that your right to cancel ends once the call has been fully delivered. If you cancel within the 14 days and more than 48 hours before the call, you receive a full refund.
7. Confidentiality
We treat everything you share on the call as confidential and don't pass it on, except where the law requires it.
8. Liability
Our total liability in connection with a call is limited to the price paid for that call. This doesn't limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where ATLA Group Ltd is registered. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country they live in.
